At Redblock Society, we prioritize sustainability and customer satisfaction in our used parts policy. By packaging used auto parts with recycled materials (you may even see a pepsi bottle or two), we reduce waste and strive for a safe delivery. All of our used parts are shipped from Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. We ship around the world, just inquire for a quote however we are not responsible for duty or import fees nor do we know the cost of such fees.
Our used parts are sold 'as is' meaning we do not accept returns, but for added peace of mind, every item, new or used, is shipped with insurance, covering damages incurred during transit. We strive for prompt shipping, usually dispatching orders daily or at least three times a week, with extra care taken for larger parts which will take longer for us to package and fulfill.
If your order is missing any parts send us a message to see what's up sometimes parts are shipped in separate boxes and stickers and clothing are usually sent from a different fulfillment center.
If your order is damaged by the shipping carrier we require photos of the box and the parts. Please email the photos to sales@redblocksociety.com. Once we receive your photos we can put in a claim and begin the process to replace the used part with one of equal value or upon our discretion or if no stock remains we will refund you once the claim is complete and paid out. Depending on the shipping carrier this may take up to 90 days or more.
If your order is lost by the shipping carrier the same policy above applies where we will provide a replacement part as inventory allows or fully refund you once the shipping insurance claim is paid out.
We process requests, messages, claims and orders during regular eastern standard business hours Monday through Friday. Please be patient with us as we process your order, replacement or refund.
